Shipping Included
The price of our paintings includes the cost of shipping. There are no additional shipping fees added during the checkout process.
Shipping within South Africa
We currently ship only within the whole of South Africa. We regret that we cannot accommodate orders for delivery outside of this region.
Shipping Methods
We offer reliable shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: Our default shipping method is POSTNET, which delivers within 3 to 4 working days. Shipping fees are already included in the painting price.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your artwork sooner, we offer expedited shipping services for an additional fee. You can select this option during the checkout process.
Processing Time
Once you place an order, please allow 3 to 4 working days for our team to prepare your artwork for shipment. We will notify you via email when your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.
No Returns
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any reason. Once you have received your artwork, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care to accurately represent our paintings through photographs and descriptions to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
