1.1. Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by TwinFlamesArt. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of products, inaccuracies, or errors in product descriptions or pricing.
1.2. Pricing: Prices for artwork displayed on the Site are inclusive of shipping costs within South Africa. Prices are subject to change without notice, and any such changes will not affect orders already placed.
1.3. Payment: Payment for your order can be made through the payment methods provided on the Site, including credit/debit cards and other online payment options. By placing an order, you authorize TwinFlamesArt to charge the chosen payment method for the total purchase amount.
2. Shipping
2.1. Shipping within South Africa: TwinFlamesArt ships exclusively within the whole of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.
2.2. Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timeframes are estimated and provided for reference only. TwinFlamesArt is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.
2.3. Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. No Returns: TwinFlamesArt does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged artwork, please refer to our Damaged or Lost Shipments policy in our Shipping Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
